Our strong cotton bags are manufactured with 12 stitches per inch and we use 3 ply sewing thread for maximum strength.
We screen print on 30’s/30’s 68×68 woven fabric to achieve a quality print finish.
For dyed bags we use 20’s/20’s 5oz where the weave consistency improves considerably after processing. The weave is as important as the weight of the material for a quality print. Standard delivery is 7-8 weeks but we can offer an express service in 4 weeks.
